Email has become increasingly unreliable. Since our emails notifing you of your ticket updates may fail to be delivered, it is vital that you note down the ticket key and log back in to our Help Desk and check the status of your ticket(s) frequently for updates. We will attempt to reply to your ticket(s) as quickly as possible, and all tickets are answered in the order received. We attempt to answer every email within 24-48 hours but in some situations it may take longer.

IF you're using any free email accounts but Gmail.com you are LOSING important emails! AOL, Hotmail, MSN, Excite, Yahoo all decide who they think you should read emails from and they will trash/delete important emails blindfolded as they see fit!

The only decent free email provider is Google & I can only recommend that you
grab a free account @ http://mail.google.com/mail/signup
